ASSUMPTION OF RISK & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By signing this waiver, I acknowledge that participation in Young Savage Open Gym ("Open Gym") involves physical activity and inherent risks, including but not limited to: physical injury, sprains, fractures, concussions, or other bodily harm.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in Open Gym activities organized by Young Savage Culture.

I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Young Savage Culture, its owners, operators, coaches, volunteers, and staff from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury that may be sustained by me during participation in Open Gym.

RULES & CODE OF CONDUCT

• Respect all players, staff, and the facility at all times.
• No fighting, trash talk, or disrespectful behavior will be tolerated.
• Players must be in appropriate athletic attire and footwear.
• Young Savage Open Gym is a faith-based environment. We Hoop. We Follow Jesus.
• Young Savage Culture reserves the right to remove any participant who violates the code of conduct without refund.

MEDIA RELEASE

I grant Young Savage Culture permission to use photographs or video taken during Open Gym for promotional purposes on social media and marketing materials.
